Please check all goods supplied on delivery. If the item has been damaged during delivery refuse delivery and contact us within 1 working day.
In the case of a damaged item you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt for us to make a claim against the courier company.
Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee being rendered NULL and VOID. The words unexamined or unchecked on the delivery note are not acceptable. We will not be held responsible for the refund of goods damaged in transit if signed for as in good condition.
This is a 24 to 48 hour service in most cases. This may take longer at peak periods and weather conditions.
Tracking information will be supplied once funds have cleared. We will require a contact number with your order.
If the parcel company arrive and there is no one there to take delivery either at the addressee or neighbour they will not leave the parcel under any other circumstances. It will be returned to the local depot. It will be the customers responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection. We will not accept responsibility for item not being collected – if they are returned to us a refund may be issued minus the cost of return.
We use this courier for heavier/ bulkier items, with a 3 to 4 day service. A contact number will be required for your order.
If there is no one present to take delivery they will not leave the parcel under any circumstances.
We use Royal Mail for smaller items such as fuel caps, switches etc. All items are sent recorded delivery and can be tracked at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
We use National Pallets for gearboxes, engine which or a 3 to 4 day delivery by tail-lift 7.5 tonne.
Signature will be required on delivery. Under no circumstances will the item/s be left with out this
Failed delivery will incur a redelivery charge payable to the courier or collection from their warehouse arranged with in 7 days
